  • All products and services listed on this site are provided in good faith in cost and supply. We endevour to provide you with the best service and product available. When a product is out of stock or unavailable we will notify the customer before any money is transfered.  Pharmacy 777 keeps a compehensive list of stock items listed on our website however with increased demand or supply problems it may arise that the product will become unavailable. The customer will be notfied of any delays in turnaround time and when to expect a product if any delays are unavoidable.
  • If a product becomes unavailable due to supplier issues we will notify any customers affected. We do not keep backorders so the product will need to be reordered when it becomes available. We will endevour to notify all customers who have been affected by previous shortages so reorders can be placed.
  • Prescriptions must be provided to the pharmacy before any medications are delivered. The same day delivery orders are dependant on the provision of prescriptions by mail or drop off before the order is placed. Pharmacy 777 has a facility for storing your prescriptions on file and providing your orders when you need them based on prioir provision of prescriptions. We can store your scripts so whenever you order them they are ready to come out in the minimum turn around time. We will also notify you of your final prescripitions and when you need to see your Doctor for replacement scripts. Fax or emailed copies cannot be used only the original prescription can be used for dispensing.
  • We will always try to provide medication at the cheapest possible price to our customers, as such the lowest price brand equivalent will be used for all scripts, if you have any specific brand requirements please be sure to tell us.
  • Same day delivery applies to those areas specified in the "order prescriptions here" page. Same day delivery will be done for all orders placed before 3 pm Mon-Fri. Although we are open every day our couriers may not be working weekends or public holidays. If you believe your order will fall into these times please contact the pharmacy first. Any orders placed outside the same day delivery will be dispatched the following day. All prescription orders outside the metro area will be dispatched by mail the same day. Any delays will be brought to the customers attention by phone or email.
  • Some medications cannot be provided without the express permision of a pharmacist and as such Pharmacy 777 reserves the right to withold or not provide medications based on the discretion of the pharmacists in the best interest of the customers health and safety.
  • Some medicaitons such as morphine and other addictive medications ( schedule 8 ) cannot be dispensed interstate and can somtimes even be illegal to suply. Please contact the pharmacy before providing or posting any prescriptions that you believe may fall into this catagory. Pharmacy 777 cannot accept responsibilty for delays in return posting etc due to prescriptions being provided that are contrary to state law as stated in the Poisons Act. The Pharmacist reserves the right to withhold or deny supply of these medictaions based on their own discretion in the best intrest of the patients health and well being.
  • Picture of proucts have been included as a guide only. It is important you read the description to ensure that it the product is what you are looking for.
  • We reserve the right to increase postage and shipping fees for particularly large parcels or for delivery to remote areas of Australia.
  • International orders- It is the customers responsibilty to ensure that no orders are placed for items that may contreviene the customs laws of this or any other country. Pharmacy 777 accepts on responsibility for loss or damage due to customs seizing goods. Shipping will be calculated based on the area of shipping please contact the pharmacy regarding postage charges before placing your orders, otherwise postage will be placed based on provider ( Australia Post ) charges Click here for rates.
  • It is the customers duty to check the dangerous goods list provided by australia post or chosen postal method and ensure that the item purchased complies with restrictions and those of the receiving country. 
  • Refund Policy- Pharmacy 777 has a basic refund policy that is always in favour of the customer. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to refund or replace the product to the full value of the purchase. Shipping charges will be dependant on the reason for return. If the return or refund is due to Pharmacy 777 fault eg. wrong product supplied, damaged or faulty goods we will refund the full cost of the purchase including the shipping charges for return and replacement. If the return or refund is due to customer error eg. wrong selection or change of mind we will also refund the cost of the purchase however the customer is responsible for all shipping charges for the return and postage of replacement. Refunds can be done by driect credit to card or account.
  • Refund Policy- Pharmacy 777 is happy to refund or exchange all products as stated above provided that they are returned in the original condition they are received in. We ask only that we are contacted by phone or email first as many companies choose to deal direct with customers and can organise replacement or refund without postage or the original item to the pharmacy. We also require that all refunds and returns be notified to the pharmacy within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The Practitioner products listed in the vitamin pages of this website are intended soley for use by patients that have had these products recomended to them by a Natuopath or other health care practitioner. If you are unsure please fill out the form which is available at the bottom of each page to discuss any particular product with our resident Naturopaths. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that these products have been recomended byt he appropriate health care professional and any advice provided by Pharmacy 777 or its employees is intended soley as a guide and does not replace proper consult.
